INTERACT – WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

These worthy causes need your support – please be generous!

1    Plastic Bread Tags
NEWS FLASH - A big thank you to Mrs Arieff and family

[Aqeel is in grd.  9C].  They collected 10 000!! bread tags.

We need 7000 000 tags to purchase a wheelchair for
a disabled person.  How hard can that be! – just keep
them in a jar in the kitchen until you have enough to
      send to school.

2    League of the Friends of the Blind
Blind Buddy Day is on 28th May – it will be civvies day at school.
R10 is the cost!  You can see – help those who cannot.

3    Baby Beanies
This year we hope to contribute over 500 beanies for the babes
at Mowbray Maternity Hospital.  Patterns are available from the
office.  If you are not a knitter, then please donate a ball of wool.
Mrs Vester, Mrs Arieff and a mum from the IT Amazon Company
have already knitted 56 beanies – thank you for your time and
love for others.  Mrs Arieff is also our champion bread tagger -
Mrs A, is there no end to your committment!?

The drive ends on 15th July – teach Dad to knit – he can do
something useful while watching the World Cup!

LOCKERS

PARENTS

If you have rented a locker for your child, please be aware of the following:
*    Parents must provide a padlock to fit a 12mm hole.
*    We are unable to keep spare keys.
*    Pupils must be responsible, and should a key be lost,
the locker will have to be opened using bolt cutters.
*     Parents must then provide a new padlock.
*     The lockers remain the property of the school.
