 Under the professional guidance of Mrs. S Komal this portfolio often referred to as the “Covert Curriculum” presents programs geared to the personal and social aspects of spiritually and mentally developing our young men and women into creative, confident, balanced individuals who will realize their full potential beyond their school years.

This initiative has come about by the many requests from parents wanting an informal space to meet with other mums and dads .Dear parents we have heard your requests and wish to invite you to co create with us NHHS Conversation Circles 4 Parents. Let us start our conversations! The evening includes mini talks, open heart discussions, little bit of moaning / groaning and whole lot of telling your story. It is a friendly space. Conversation Circles 4 Parents created/ presented By Ms S Komal  and presented by school counsellors Ms Mc Evoy & S Pluke. Various topics are discussed with great success by parent input .

Grade 8 Sexuality Symposium

A sexuality symposium for Grade 8′s took place on the 2 February at NHHS. The objective of the symposium was to provide a platform for the imparting of knowledge,exchange of ideas,gain clarity, and engage with pupils through this challenging teenage development.We wish to ensure that pupils make informed decisions on their lives.
