πŸ“ŒΒ 15 – 27 June 2026 – Schools contact parents to fill available spaces as placements open
πŸ“ŒΒ 27 June – 20 July 2026 – School holidays (limited admissions activity)
πŸ“ŒΒ 20 July – Mid-August 2026 – Schools finalise enrolment lists for 2027
πŸ“ŒΒ Mid-August 2026 – WCED assists parents with outstanding placements

Important notes for parents/guardians

  • If you applied after 14 April 2026 your application is a Late Application β€” it will only be considered once all on-time applications have been processed and subject to availability.
  • Make sure to check the WCED admissions portal during the notification window (from 28 May) to view the outcome and to confirm acceptance within the acceptance period.
  • Keep any required supporting documents ready (ID, proof of residence, birth certificate, etc.) β€” check the WCED admissions site for the exact document list.
